The Isonoe Isolation
System comes in two parts. The feet with built in shock suspension system and the sorbothane boots that the feet sit in. These products work independantly of each other and are sold seperatly, but when combined offer an unriveled level of isolation.

The Isonoe Feet are sold in packs of 4 isolators.
Each isolator has
a 6mm thread making the system compatible as a retro fit with many
industry standard turntables and CD-players (i.e. Technics, Pioneer
etc.).
The Isonoe system
acts as a 2-way shock absorber which cushions forces induced into
the deck by the DJ's hands when they make adjustments, and cuts
out any feedback that might have been picked up through the decks
feet.
Excessive lateral
movement by other isolation systems employing air, springs or suchlike,
creates uneven wear on both the stylus, and more importantly the
sides of the vinyl groove. If the plinth / platter are subject to
sufficient force, the Isonoe system will spring back in a gentle,
"viscous" manner, whereby it returns to the horizontal
state gradually and smoothly.
The isolators are
equally effective at blocking vibration into the mechanical assemblies
of both turntables, and CD players - the more isolation from vibration
afforded to the optical tracking mechanism within a CD-player, the
less work needs to be performed by the error-correction software,
thus preserving detail and spatial integrity.

The Isonoe
Sorbathane Boots are sold seperatly in packs of 4, and
can be used independantly or in conjunction with Isonoe feet. Sorbothane
is a renowned polymer within the aerospace, medical and hi-fi industries,
originally designed to mimic the vibration absorbing properties
of human flesh. The Isonoe Sorbothane Boots work as an
effective anti-vibration / anti-feedback support in their own right.
They are designed either for use under the Isolator Feet, or under
conventional turntable / CD-player feet.
